Does this mean 20% of the 12 months price,

or 20% of 12x7,99? Because that would be incorrect!

80% of 95,88 = 76,7

$78 was a price we initially thought of. Then while designing the new theme, we decided to include the fact that the yearly price of $78 was 'about' 20% off the normal price (if bought monthly).
